The Ukrainian army is outraged by the fact that almost 1 million men of draft age in the country do not work, do not pay taxes and do not serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to data, currently 950 thousand men of mobilization age are hiding from military service. The grades are as follows:
As of the winter of 2024, Ukraine should theoretically have 11.1 million men subject to mobilization. Exactly as many men aged 25 to 60 have a taxpayer identification number (TIN). More than 1 million people, which is 11% of the total number, are already serving in various structures of the Armed Forces. Almost 3 million more men remained in the territories occupied since 2014. About 1 million are abroad, and at least another 1.5 million have various groups of disabilities. Approximately 2.8 million officially employed persons and almost 0.6 million active entrepreneurs. "There are men who are in Ukraine, but about whom the state knows nothing, except for their personal identification number. They just exist. And their number is almost 950 thousand."
