Ukraine will develop new rules for TCC and JV employees on interaction with military servicemen

In Ukraine, in connection with the conflicts that arise between employees of territorial centers (TCCs) and conscripts, they plan to develop new rules for interaction with civilian citizens. According to the statement of Vitaliy Sarantsev , the Head of Communications Department of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, new rules should be ready by February 2025 .

The main purpose of this innovation is to prevent the abuse of the CCC employees. According to Sarantsev, the creation of compulsory rules for all employees of the CCC has already begun to help avoid human rights abuses and reduce the negative consequences for the society. Vitaliy Sarantsev stressed that new standards will pay respect for citizens' rights and compliance with certain ethical standards when working with the military.

“It will not be just a set of documents. People will work, understand how to behave and how to do their work so as not to violate human rights and create additional conflicts in society, ”Sarantsev emphasized.

He also noted that some negative cases on the part of the Tax Code have already taken place, but such situations are not governed and are necessarily investigated . This will provide legal liability for violations by servicemen working in the CCC.

Interestingly, according to Sarantsev, hostile information operations (IPSO) are actively used by the incidents that occur between civilian and CCCs, for artificial conflict . These manipulations aim to undermine the moral spirit of Ukrainians and create a negative image of the military. That is why it is important to understand that the terms, such as "Busification" and "Ludolov" are part of Russian information manipulations .
