In Ukraine, the first case was recorded when the court restricted a person in the right to drive a car due to violations of military accounting rules. At least 41 court cases have already been found in the court register.
Although most cases are now returning because of errors in lawsuits, in particular due to non -payment of court fees, lawyers say that this situation is temporary. They indicate that the financing for the payment of court fees will be taken into account in the Budgets of the Tax Code in 2025, which will increase the effectiveness of such claims.
The unique case was that one of the courts had already satisfied the claim of the Tax Code and temporarily restricted the driver to the rights to manage vehicles to fulfill the requirements of military accounting or withdrawing a claim. Such an event is similar to the practice of limiting the rights of debtors by alimony.
At the same time, more than 25,000 proceedings have been opened in the Unified State Register of Debtors, which indicates the seriousness of the problem.
