In Ukraine, conscripts who want to delay from mobilization should personally contact the territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV). They must apply for deferral together with a military accounting document.
This process was specified after the changes made to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 560. On January 16, 2025, new rules have entered into force under which citizens are obliged to personally apply to the head of the Tax Code and JV at the place of residence. The publication of the Poltava Regional Shopping Center and JV on Facebook emphasizes that this wording does not imply the possibility of filing an application by mail.
“The position of the Poltava Regional Criminal Code and JV remain unchanged: to apply for a deferral of the military, the military must personally come to the Tax Code and JV. No "deferral" by mail is provided by the current legislation, "the publication said.
