In Ukraine, the number of cases related to violations of TCC against civilians is increasing

In the judicial system of Ukraine, there is an increase in the number of cases related to violations of the TCC against civilians. According to the sources, these cases relate to different aspects of violations, such as illegal conscription or wrongful actions against persons who are not subject to mobilization.

Now almost every "kidnapped" man goes to court.

Bankova gave instructions to slow down all these matters in order to avoid a collapse.

It is also known that collective lawsuits are being prepared, which will be public and claim millions of hryvnias against the state. This will have a negative impact on Zelenskyi's image. That is why they want to disband the TCC and rename it to some other office, but essentially everything remains the same.
