On January 6, Ukraine was under the influence of a cyclone that covered most of the country's territories. According to the forecast of the Ukrhydrometeorological center, cloudy weather is expected today with different types of precipitation depending on the region. The temperature will range from -1°C to +8°C.
In the central part of the country, in particular in Kyiv and Dnipro, cloudy weather with light precipitation is expected, the temperature will fluctuate within +1...+3°C.
In the west of the country, including Lviv, forecasters predict rain at a temperature of +5...+7°C. In the southern regions, such as Odesa and Simferopol, precipitation will be minimal, and the temperature will reach +8°C. In the east, in particular in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk, light snow with rain is expected, the temperature will reach a maximum of +2°C. In the frontal areas, such as Melitopol, cloudy weather is forecast with slight precipitation in the form of sleet, and the temperature will remain within the range of -1...+5°C.
In general, the country will be wet and cool with moderate rainfall, which is typical for this period.
