In the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are preparing for regular personnel changes. According to information from the sources in the faction "Servant of the People", the President's office discusses the possible resignation of the Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovy and Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko.
According to the public, with reference to several representatives of the parliamentary majority, it is not about single rotations, but about the broader reversals in the social block of government - primarily in the field of education, medicine and social policy.
The most probable candidate for the change of forest is called the first deputy minister Andriy Vitrenko, who has long been in the shadow of the current manager and has experience of management in wartime. However, according to the interlocutors, the final decision has not yet been made. It is possible that after the release of the Minister's forest duties for a certain period will be put on the acting.
“ There are many deputies from the minister. Vitrenko is one of them. But there may be an option from Acting Without the appointment of a new minister at once , ”one of the deputies of the" servant of the people "said.
As for Victor Lyashko, the situation looks more complicated. Candidates for replacement by the current Minister of Health are not officially discussed, which may indicate difficulties in finding a professional and politically acceptable candidate in one of the most complex areas - especially in war, epidemic risks and pressure on the health care system.
At the same time, political circles do not exclude that these changes are only the beginning of a wider state of staffing in the government, which may include the change of the Prime Minister. We will remind, earlier in the media there was already information on the preparation of legislative editions, which will allow the Verkhovna Rada to release Denis Shmigal.
The reasons for such steps are the low level of confidence in the ministries, the internal tension in the "servant of the people", as well as the search for "fresh faces" that could provide more effective management in the conditions of war and post -war recovery.
