The recently published investigation of the Bihus.Info portal caused a significant resonance in Ukrainian society. According to information, Vadym Slyusarev, who has ties to the "Servant of the People" party and is its sponsor, purchased real estate in the popular French resort city of Nice together with a partner who has business connections in the occupied Crimea.
According to journalists, he opened a company in Hungary, registered a company in the USA and bought real estate in Nice. Together with Olena Polovyk, who runs a business in the occupied Crimea.
The French company SCI GOODWIN used to belong to Russians Svitlana and Pavel Popov. In the summer of 2022, Vadym Slyusarev and Lyudmila Polovyk from Kharkiv became its owners. During the conclusion of the agreement, it was noted that the company owns square meters in the “CARRE RUBIS” complex in Nice, at 64 Avenue de la Lanterne. According to the French state authorities, the company purchased several apartments and parking spaces there a few years ago.
On February 18, 2022, the UP reported that Slyusarev had gone to the Russian Federation. According to the media, at that time he was a member of the "Servant of the People" party. Bihus.Info sources reported that after that departure, Slyusarev returned to Ukraine in May 2022.
Interlocutors at "Servant of the People" could not say whether he left the presidential party.
People's Deputy Sushko, the head of the Kharkiv regional branch of "Servants of the People" and a longtime friend of Slyusarev, said that his branch does not have the requested information. Although Slyusarev used to be a council member in this regional party cell.
Slyusareva's lawyer ignored this question. Instead of answering him, Olena Bardina pointed out that Slyusarev is not a member of the governing body of the party - Politrade, to which he was elected, but allegedly never appointed.
People's deputy Andriy Odarchenko, who was considered one of Slyusarev's protégés, said that he communicates with Slyusarev "rarely" and does not know whether his membership in the Servant of the People party has been terminated, writes Bihus.Info.
It is known about Lyudmila Polovyk that in the past she was a co-owner of two Ukrainian companies, which later Vadim Slyusarev began to own. In addition, she has a daughter, Dasha, and a girl named Slyusareva Darya Vadimovna is connected to her Russian mobile number, according to the merged Russian databases.
"As Bihus.Info discovered, after the occupation of Crimea by Russia, Polovyk opened the Blumarin Hotel on her plot in Alushta. She repeatedly appeared in the video of the hotel's birthday celebrations during the occupation. In particular, on the video posted in May 2022," the message reads.
According to journalists, in 2017 Polovyk took part in public procurement of the Russian Federation - sold settlement services at the Blumarin Hotel to a budget institution of the Russian Federation for rubles. Her signature on that contract coincides with the signature on the purchase documents of the French company, which is next to Slyusarev's signature.
