Wax has assigned 2 million hryvnias to the director of the company who developed the bell system

The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) made a decision on a preventive measure for the director of the company who was engaged in the development of the Military Information System "Bell". Yuri Pastukhov defined a pledge of UAH 2 million. The corresponding decision was made by the court, and the suspect or other persons have five days to make funds.

In addition to collateral, the court imposed a number of obligations on the shepherd. He has no right to leave Kiev and the area without a court permission, should refrain from contact with witnesses, pass foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.

The court session was held in a closed regime on the basis of the petition of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP).

It should be reminded that on February 19, the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the SAP declared the exposing of a corruption scheme in the framework of the development of the AFU Office of the Armed Forces "Bell". According to the investigation, due to fraud, the state lost UAH 246 million.

The system that should become a key to coordinating military operations has proved inefficient and incompatible with the similar systems of NATO member countries. At the same time, the Ministry of Defense, despite his criticism, continued to allocate millions of hryvnias for its development.

Bihus.info journalists and NABU investigators found that the bell project was used to steal public funds.

The investigation is currently ongoing. Bax has already made a decision on other persons involved in the case. New suspicions may be expected in the near future.
