The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court questioned the arrest of corporate rights of SKM West Group LLC, which belongs to the business group of Tatiana Group's family-the former head of the Khmelnytsky Medical and Social Expert Commission, suspected of illegal enrichment.
The firm is engaged in wholesale dairy products. The arrest of corporate rights was removed after filing almost simultaneous petitions from the lawyers of Catherine Group (the daughter -in -law of the suspect) and Andrew Bomk (the nephew of a man of cereals). It is noteworthy that the meeting took place without the participation of the NABU detective and the owners themselves. At the same time, the detective explicitly noted that he did not object to the satisfaction of the petition.
The court order stressed that since the arrest was used to preserve material evidence and special confiscation, the investigation does not deny - the need for restriction of property rights has now disappeared.
At the same time, at the end of January 2025, the Wax Court of Appeal denied the lawyers of cereals to satisfy similar petitions against other firms. Then the court explicitly noted that the relatives of cereals carried out systematic actions to re -register a business with each other - without an obvious economic purpose. The appeal also drew attention to the symbolic cost of corporate rights in SCM West Group - only 100 UAH (50 UAH was made by Kateryna Krupa and Andriy Book).
The corporate rights of this company were arrested in October 2024 in the framework of the case of Tatiana Group's illegal enrichment. Nevertheless, the family gradually continues to withdraw assets from arrest-this time without any objections from the anti-corruption investigation.
