WAKS has been drawn to the state's income by part of the assets of the National Police Official

The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) partially satisfied the claim of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) to recognize the unjustified actions of the Head of the Department of Combating Drugs of the National Police of Ukraine. Part of the property of the official will be charged with the state.

About it informs "Law and Business" with reference to the NAPC.

It is about half an apartment in the capital worth more than UAH 1.8 million, which the official and his wife acquired in 2021.

During the monitoring of the lifestyle of the official, the NAPC established the inability of the spouse to buy the specified real estate at the expense of funds received from legal sources.
