The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) found the former MP Vitaliy Barvinenko in the case of illegal receipt of UAH 613 thousand compensation for housing lease in Kiev.

The WACS approved the Agreement on the Recognition of the Prosecutor of the SAP and the People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation, which is currently holding a leadership position in one of the district councils.

A sentence of a person was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy positions in public authorities for 1 year and a fine of 17 thousand UAH.
However, on the basis of Art. 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine the court dismissed the specified person from serving the basic punishment with the test, setting a trial period of 1 year lasting period
Prior to the entry into force, the former people's deputy undertakes to transfer UAH 1.5 million to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UNITED24 project). In addition, the needs of the Armed Forces will be transferred 1 003 000 UAH, which are paid for the person mentioned as a pledge.
