Our source reported that a new Big Construction was invented in Ukraine to launder billions for the construction of new NPP and CHP units.

He debunks this nonsense on his fingers. However, Galushchenko and K are preparing to cut down grandmothers, so they demanded the transfer of everything from "Energoproject"! archive of projects since 1945. The logic is obvious. Ahead of Ukraine awaits a great robbery under the roof of reconstruction. That's why it's good to have power plant projects that you can then hand over to your contractors. After that, no one will be able to participate in the reconstruction. The leadership of "Energoproekt" has begun to resist this delusion, especially since it is already giving copies of documents to the Ministry of Energy. Guess what was done at the Ministry of Energy? They removed the armor from the Institute and sent 52 subpoenas to leading engineers. A few have already been taken into the army. You know, when I listen to these stories, it seems to me that the Lord has completely and irreversibly deprived this land of reason.
