The committee of the Verkhovna Rada is considering fines of up to 200,000 hryvnias for failure to appear at the TCC.
Thus, the editor-in-chief of "Censor" Yurii Butusov reports that a whole series of punishments are allegedly proposed for persons who did not appear at the TCC after receiving a summons: fines of up to 300,000 hryvnias; blocking travel abroad; deprivation of the right to conduct activities as a sole proprietorship; take loans for 10 years.
Butusov writes that a conscript must undergo verification within 120 days after the introduction of the electronic office: after the first failure to appear, a fine of UAH 100,000 with a warning; ignoring the warning - a fine of UAH 200,000 and restrictions through the court - deprivation of rights, FOP, cancellation of benefits, ban on loans for 10 years.
In addition, mobilization is proposed to be carried out through the TCC, TsNAP and the electronic office, and the TCC and TSNAP should work every day without a day off from 8 am to 8 pm with an electronic queue.
According to the Socis survey, 64.5% of Ukrainians are against restrictions for evaders in the law on mobilization. Half as many people supported the introduction of restrictions – 26.9%. And this is not surprising - almost everyone is dissatisfied with the draft law on mobilization, and ordinary Ukrainians increasingly ask themselves why the government makes slaves of its own citizens, "screwing the nuts" of human rights and freedoms.
