The Verkhovna Rada created a temporary investigative commission to investigate the violations committed by employees of the territorial centers of completion. This was reported by the People's Deputy from the party "Servant of the People" Alexander Bakumov in a comment to the publication "Telegraph".
According to him, the commission will study the facts of illegal mobilization, in particular cases where citizens were called to the army with a legitimate bronze. Deputies intend to hear witnesses, carry out examinations and collect documents that will be submitted to law enforcement agencies.
Bakumov stressed that the work of the Provisional Commission does not replace the functions of pre -trial investigation bodies. Instead, it will focus on parliamentary control and initiation of specific facts. All evidence, including evidence, can be used in criminal proceedings.
"Law enforcement agencies must respond: to enter data in the ERDR, to open cases, to use commission materials in proceedings," the deputy said.
In addition to law enforcement officers, government structures may also be involved in the process. The Cabinet of Ministers is authorized to make disciplinary decisions, as well as to amend the regulatory framework.
According to Bakuumov, such a parliamentary mechanism is an important political instrument of influence and control that allows you to respond faster to abuse in the staffing system.
The People's Deputy once again emphasized that the law approved by the Verkhovna Rada enhances mobilization, but does not legitimize the so -called "bell" - that is, a violent detention of citizens on the streets to hand the stories.
"No one voted for bellies. Mobilization should be carried out within the framework of the law, without excess of authority and violation of human rights," he stressed.
Bakumov is convinced that there are civilized and effective ways of implementing mobilization policy. CCC employees should only act in the legal field, and in case of violations should be responsible.
