From Tymoshenko to Shmigal: As the salaries of the head of government changed

In 2024, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal earned UAH 1.2 million. This amount consists exclusively of salary and payment for business trips. During the year, the head of government did not receive any awards, assistance or leave.

In 2008, Yulia Tymoshenko earned UAH 386.2 thousand. Given the average UAH 5.28 per dollar, it received $ 73.1 thousand.

Mykola Azarov received UAH 509.9 thousand in 2011, and 444.7 thousand in 2012. It is 64 thousand and $ 55.7 thousand respectively (at an average rate of 7.9).

Arseniy Yatsenyuk's salary for the incomplete 2014 was 182 thousand hryvnias or $ 14.4 thousand (at a rate of UAH 12.6). In 2015, he earned the head of government twice less - 81.7 thousand hryvnias or only $ 3.7 thousand (at the rate of 21.83).

In January-August 2019, Groisman received UAH 324.3 thousand ($ 12.2 thousand at the rate of 26.58).

Alexei Goncharuk broke the record for the duration of his stay as the Prime Minister of Ukraine-only six months. But during this period he received 424.3 thousand hryvnias of salary or $ 17.4 thousand.

Denis Shmigal Prime Minister's salary in 2021 amounted to UAH 697.9 thousand ($ 25.6 thousand), in 2022 - 900.7 thousand hryvnias ($ 27.8 thousand), in 2023 - 974.8 thousand hryvnias ($ 26.6 thousand), in 2024).

The dollar during this time increased from 27 to 40 UAH.
