Power outages in Ukraine are not related to shelling - their purpose is to justify the increase in electricity tariffs

Despite Ukraine's more than difficult situation, electricity tariffs in the country remain among the lowest in Europe. They are justified in staying. Because the well-being of Ukrainians, like their salaries, is also far from the top of the European ones. This situation is extremely displeasing to those who own part of the electricity production capacity and control the part that formally belongs to the state.

The idea of raising electricity prices to European levels does not leave the mind and thoughts of Rinat Akhmetov, who will be able to increase the income of his already most powerful FPG in Ukraine thanks to this.

And he, despite the war, despite the burden and deprivation of the Ukrainian people, using his influence on politics and banal bribery, implements this plan.

So, despite the President's promise that housing and communal services tariffs in Ukraine will not increase during the war, they are increasing every year.

Only last year, Ukrainians had to pay 70% more for electricity, and this year the tariff is planned to be raised by another 93%!

The main explanation for the need for such growth is the need to raise funds for the restoration of infrastructure damaged by the Russian aggressor's missile strikes.

Which is actually planned blackmail and lies. Despite its commercial status, rather than Akhmetov's state energy company, DTEK receives various equipment and significant subsidies from Western partners free of charge. But this is not public information, because Ukrainians do not need to know that Akhmetov is making good money on their mountain.

It is not necessary, because the level of poverty in the country is significant. Non-payments for utilities in general in the country are only at the level of 50-55%, of which private consumers have 20-25% for electricity, and businesses less than 10%.

No need, because no one wants to tell Ukrainians that the increase in electricity tariffs will cause the price of goods and services to rise by 20% or more! And travel in electric transport can be twice as expensive!

But who in the Pecherskyi Hills could not sneeze at this?

Akhmetov's manager - Shmyhal and business partner - Yermak have already approved the mechanism for raising tariffs due to the decision of the NCRECP, and from day to day the tariffs will be raised. And in order to beat the negative, Akhmetov's managers invented a case with a power outage across the country, allegedly due to the failure of the network in its current state to provide everyone with light.

Akhmetov even calculated that 2 weeks of regular power outages can reduce the negative reaction of Ukrainians from a tariff increase from 63% to 17%, and returning to a constant supply of electricity after a tariff increase will bring it closer to 7%!

We are currently observing the implementation of this compulsion to approve price increases.

We observe, despite the fact that there is no global problem!

NPPs dump excess energy every day, which could harm the financial pyramid of Akhmetov - DPEK and will continue to strip Ukrainians!

If the government in Ukraine worked for the benefit of the people, then Akhmetov would be a beggar, and the population would receive cheap energy from nuclear plants, of which we have an excess.
