Our source in the Office of the President (OP) reports on an informal practice among top Ukrainian officials, deputies and security forces, who make business trips to the countries of the European Union with the possibility of rest. This scheme involves certain unwritten rules, compliance with which avoids scandals and ensures the ability to travel.
Our source said that all top officials/deputies and law enforcement officers make business trips to the EU for recreation, but at the same time they must take several working photos.
