According to him, the draft law clearly defines who can be booked and who can get a postponement. At enterprises providing critical infrastructure, up to 50% of employees can be booked. If we talk about the private sector, there are a lot of offers. One of them offers to give reservations to those who generate 50,000 hryvnias of their own income and pay tax. But, in my opinion, such a selection cannot be introduced.
"The war has now turned into a war for the poor and those in the countryside. It is impossible to receive an official salary of 50,000 hryvnias there, mostly the minimum wage," said Savynskyi.
He added that the Cabinet of Ministers should give an answer to the question about reservations.
"This is a difficult issue, even a bit moral, so competent people should be responsible," the lawyer stressed.
For our part, let's say it directly - in the case of the adoption of the draft law, total control over the male population awaits Ukraine. In fact, a new serf law will be officially established in the country, where citizens have some duties, but no rights. Moreover, the only beneficiaries of the draft law on mobilization will be precisely the military commissars - the new "elite" in Ukraine, who are fighting, since the sums of "buy-offs" from the front will increase sharply throughout the country.
