In the Zaporizhzhia region, the situation at the front intensified again. Kostiantyn Denisov, spokesman for the "Legion of Freedom", reported on a new wave of Russian offensive actions in the region, noting the activation of Russian troops and significant reinforcement of reserves.
According to Denisov, after a period of relative calm, the Russian troops significantly intensified their attacks.
"In our region (Zaporizhia) on the front lines, the Russians intensified their attacks. They pulled up reserves and started a new offensive, trying to restore their positions after previous losses," said Denisov. It was noted that the activity of Russian artillery and aviation increased, in particular, recorded strikes on communities located on the line of hostilities. This indicates attempts by Russian forces to expand their positions and create more comfortable conditions for further attacks.
Denisov also noted that Russian forces aim to advance to the administrative borders of the Zaporizhzhia region. "Russian aviation is a big threat to the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as the fact that equipment, ammunition and personnel are constantly supplied through the land corridor from Crimea to Rostov. Training and recruitment of new militants are underway, which may later be involved in attacks," said the spokesman of the "Legion of Freedom".
The activation of Russian troops and their offensive actions indicate a growing threat to the Zaporizhzhia region. Against this background, the Ukrainian military and local communities continue to struggle to maintain control over the territory and face new challenges from the aggressor.
