The new law on strengthening mobilization, in addition to the summons, introduces another document - a "requirement" from the TCC.
On its basis, the military commissariat can deprive a person of the right to drive a car through the court.
The military commissariat can make a demand if the conscript has not clarified his data within 60 days after the law came into force. Or if he did not appear when summoned to the TCC or did not pass a medical examination.
The algorithm is as follows. If the Military Commissariat establishes the fact of violation, it turns to the police to charge the person. In the case of a written notification from the police that this is impossible, the TCC sends the conscript a "requirement" by regular mail by registered letter.
If it was not possible to find the conscript at the address - or he refused to sign for the postman's letter - the date of delivery will be considered a postal note about the refusal to receive the demand or about the impossibility of its delivery.
In the future, if a person does not appear at the TCC within 10 calendar days, military officers through the court begin to restrict the right to drive a car.
