Will military commissions issue summonses to Ukrainians everywhere?

The new draft law on mobilization partially answered the question of where summonses can be served.

You can often see how representatives of the TCC of the SP hand out summonses to conscripts on the streets, in gyms and other public places. This caused a flurry of criticism in society. However, the new draft law partially answered the question of where subpoenas can be served. This was told by lawyer Serhiy Savynskyi.

It is known that according to the new draft law, the summons can be sent to the conscript's electronic account, and this is the only specified "place".

The lawyer explains that the electronic office for serving subpoenas is a partial answer.

"However, the draft law does not provide a complete answer to where subpoenas can be served. If there is no answer, then they can be handed in anywhere. If it had been mentioned there, people would have bypassed these places by the tenth road," adds Savynskyi.

However, in Ukraine , the employees of the TCC indiscriminately and everywhere “row” men, seeing in them only a resource for the execution of the plan, and law enforcement and judicial bodies simply turn a blind eye to the lawlessness of the military commissions.
And with the new law on mobilization, things will go even faster - the authorities have done everything to drag as many Ukrainians as possible to the front:
▪️ electronic summonses have been introduced.
They will be considered delivered after appearing in the electronic cabinet, which all conscripts must create within 60 days from the moment the law enters into force; ▪️sanctions were introduced for failure to appear on a summons - blocking of all accounts of the evader, prohibition to use a car and travel abroad;
▪️a draft law has been submitted to the Council, which increases the fines for violating the rules of military registration tenfold and introduces criminal liability for refusing to undergo a medical examination;
▪️ deferment from mobilization is lost by those who obtain a second higher education.
It is also removed from post-graduate students studying under a contract; ▪️ previously convicted for minor crimes are also subject to mobilization;
▪️ when traveling abroad, conscripts must additionally present a military ID with a deregistration note.
▪️hospital managers will be required to report to the TCC about the stay of persons aged 18-25 in the hospital.
▪️the mobilization age is reduced from 27 to 25 years, etc.
