The Specialized Military Prosecutor's Office is investigating the possible theft of large sums, which were allocated by the Kyiv City State Administration (KSCA) for the needs of the 112nd Brigade of Territorial Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, since 2022 the KSCA officials, the municipal security department, as well as the brigade representatives in conspiracy with private companies, organized a scheme in which budget funds were assigned by concluding contracts for the supply of goods and services for military prices at high prices, without public tenders.
During 2023-2024, the military unit received 615 million hryvnias for the purchase of drones and other defense equipment. However, according to law enforcement officers, these funds were transferred to cash through fictitious companies, and the profit was distributed among the participants of the criminal scheme.
During the searches, the investigators seized a number of commercial proposals from firms, including Infens, Robotrand, Oil Trans, Ukrdzville, Mineral-Plus and Prime Technologi Limited. This indicates the possible involvement of these companies in the above scheme.
The prosecutor's office continues the investigation, and all the circumstances and persons behind this large -scale financial scammer are established.
