Military blogger Vladyslav Sord is informed of suspicion for illegal storage of grenades and cartridges

Investigators of the National Police of Ukraine informed about a new inspection of the military blogger Vladyslav Sord, who is accused of illegally storing explosive devices and ammunition. According to the law enforcement officers, grenades and cartridges were found in Sorda, which were not properly registered and stored without the appropriate permits.

The ammunition was seized during a warrant search conducted by the police in November of this year and the suspect was charged with fraud committed during martial law, which caused significant damage to the victim.

It is about at least 350,000 UAH, which the person involved appropriated from the collection of 3.5 million UAH for the purchase of five mortars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In December, the investigators gathered enough evidence to charge the attacker with another suspicion - for illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). At the same time, the suspect was served with a request to change the preventive measure from house arrest to detention.

The figure faces up to seven years in prison.
