In the Poltava region, a military man who was presented with a "combat" summons, refused to mobilize, explaining his decision "confusion with dates" and problems with weight. He stated that he weighing less than 45 kg and could not serve in defense, but was unable to provide medical confirmations in his words. The court found him guilty of violation of the legislation.
The case was considered in the Mirgorod City Court, and the judge imposed a man in the form of one year of imprisonment for violation of the requirements of Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The man pleaded guilty and expressed repentance, but noted that he did not appear to the shopping center because of confusion with the dates.
At this point, the sentence is not final because the convicted person has the right to appeal the court's decision on appeal.
