Ukrainian conscripts that are outside the country may receive a fine from territorial centers of staffing (TCC) for violation of military accounting rules. About it reports the Czech edition of Blosk.cz with reference to data of the Ukrainian authorities.
According to the Ministry of Defense, stay abroad does not release citizens from the obligation to update military accounting data. The basis for the imposition of a fine may be, in particular, the failure to notify the shopping center about:
-
change of place of residence;
-
marriage or birth of a child;
-
completion of training;
-
Other important changes.
You can pay the fine online through the Reserve+Application. Failure to do so, the executive service will open the proceedings - usually 2-3 months after the decision. Further possible:
-
blocking bank accounts in Ukraine;
-
forced debiting of funds;
-
detention during border crossing.
The availability of penalties can be checked in the application "Action" (section "Services" → "Penalties for violation of the rules of military accounting"). To pay, you must apply for recognition of the violation to the Reserve+and obtain a resolution with the details. There is no challenge of voluntarily paid fine.
Also, since 2024, the diploma of Ukraine did not formulate documents to male citizens aged 18-60 years without a valid military accounting document. This is another argument for fulfilling responsibilities to the state even abroad.
