Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko has declared an income of more than UAH 1.1 million for cooperation with the British Agency Chartwell Speakers. As stated in his declaration, he received the money on April 29, 2025 from the company of Chartwell Partners Ltd, a legal entity that owns this brand.
Chartwell Speakers is an agency that specializes in the selection of speakers for international conferences and events. On its site, the company describes Klitschko as one of the leading speakers who can make speeches on leadership, government, politics and human rights. It is noted that the agency attracts the leaders of opinions to participate in events in the US, Europe, Asia and Ireland.
According to YouControl.world Analytical System, the Chartwell Partners Ltd is governed by British citizens James Birch and Thomas Edington. The latter is also its owner.
The royalty received by the mayor of the capital is an official income for his participation in public events organized abroad.
