The notorious tax evader, Vitaliy Shabunin, has once again found himself in the spotlight. Despite the fact that he was supposed to serve in Kharkiv as the commander of a mechanized field bakery, he was once again spotted in Kyiv, this time at a McDonald's in the Obolonskyi district.
As noted, V. Shabunin was supposed to start serving in Kharkiv a week ago as the commander of the department of the mechanized field bakery of the food warehouse 218 of the Joint Support Center of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, as the photo evidence shows, he still remains in the capital.
This is not the first case of unauthorized abandonment of a part by a scandalous granite worker, who is included in the register of corrupt officials.
As is known, V. Shabunin had previously evaded service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: he fictitiously registered as serving in the 207th separate battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where he allegedly held the positions of a rifleman, an electrician driver, and a scout. At the same time, he lived at home in Kyiv, did not appear in the units where he allegedly served, received cash on his bank card, additional remuneration for completing tasks under martial law, and "combat" for allegedly direct participation in combat operations. With the assistance of the NACP leadership, he was allegedly seconded to an agency, where he also did not appear.
The State Bureau of Investigation has initiated several criminal proceedings against V. Shabunin and officials who helped him avoid military service. In particular, for the fact that V. Shabunin used a knowingly forged military ID card (preliminary qualification - under Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code); for the fact that the Chairman of the National Defense Commission Oleksandr Novikov and Deputy Chairman of the National Defense Commission Artem Sytnyk soldier V. Shabunin in evading military service (preliminary qualification - under Part 4 of Article 409 of the Criminal Code); for the fact that V. Shabunin was illegally appointed as a combat medic of the guard platoon of the 101st separate guard brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the illegal assignment of the rank of "junior sergeant" to him (preliminary qualification - under Part 5 of Article 426 1 of the Criminal Code).
The court also ordered the State Bureau of Investigation to register criminal proceedings on the fact of V. Shabunin's appropriation of a Nissan Pathfinder jeep, which was transferred as humanitarian aid for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to V. Shabunin himself, he has "legitimate reasons" for not serving. After all, in the 9th grade he failed the medical commission - the dermatologist did not let him go because of the moles on his body.
Previously, V. Shabunin criticized Christianity, the West, sex, etc., in particular, noting that "the main source of the spread of AIDS in Ukraine is not drugs and drug addicts, but promiscuous sexual relations." And the responsibility for this, in his opinion, lies with Christians, because "for them, marriage has ceased to be a value.".
V. Shabunin actively promoted and campaigned for the election to the Verkhovna Rada of Tatyana Montyan, a pro-Russian propagandist who left for the Russian Federation and is currently suspected of collaborationist activities.
In addition, according to experts, at one time he organized the burning of his house in order to have the opportunity to build a new one in its place - of a larger area, in order to legalize in this way the illegally obtained income from influencing, in particular, the judicial system.
