The odious person involved in the register of evaders, Vitaliy Shabunin again found himself in the spotlight. Despite the fact that he had to serve in Kharkiv as a commander of the mechanized field bakery department, he was noticed in Kiev again, this time - in McDonald's Obolon district.
As it was noted, V. Shabunin had a week ago to start service in Kharkiv as a commander of the mechanized field bakery department of the food factory of the 218 Joint Center for Supporting Forces of Logistics forces of the Armed Forces. However, as the photofact shows, it still remains in the capital.
This is not the first case of unauthorized leaving part of the scandalous granitoid, which is included in the corrupt register.
It is known that V. Shabunin had evaded this from the Armed Forces: fictitiously counted on the service in a 207 separate battalion TRO, where he allegedly held the positions of shooter, a driver-electrician and a scout. At the same time, he lived at home in Kiev, in the units where he allegedly served, did not appear, received money on the bank card, additional remuneration for the performance of tasks in the conditions of martial law and "combat" for, allegedly, direct participation in hostilities. With the assistance of the NAPC leadership, he was allegedly seconded to the agency where he also did not appear.
Several criminal proceedings have been instituted against V. Shabunin and the officials who helped him avoid serving his service. In particular, due to the fact that V. Shabunin used a known forged military ticket (preliminary qualification - according to Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code); on the fact that the head of the NAKC, Oleksandr Novikov , and the deputy head of the NAKC, Artem Sytnyk, soldier V. Shabunin to avoid military service (preliminary qualification — according to Part 4 of Article 409 of the Criminal Code); due to the fact of the illegal appointment of V. Shabunin as a combat medic of the guard platoon of the 101st separate guard brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the illegal assignment of the rank of "junior sergeant" to him (prior qualification - according to part 5 of article 426 1 of the Criminal Code).
The court also ordered the SBI to register a criminal proceeding on the fact that V. Shabunin appropriated a Nissan Pathfinder jeep, which was transferred as humanitarian aid for the needs of the Armed Forces.
According to V. Shabunin himself, he has "legal reasons" not to serve. After all, in the 9th grade, he did not pass the medical board - he did not miss the dermatologist because of moles on his body.
Previously, V. Shabunin criticized Christianity, the West, sex, etc., in particular, noting that "the main source of the spread of AIDS in Ukraine is not drugs and addicts, but disordered sexual relations." And the responsibility for this, in his opinion, lies with Christians, because "marriage has ceased to be a value for them."
V. Shabunin actively promoted and campaigned for the election to the Verkhovna Rada of Tetyana Montyan, a pro-Russian propagandist who left for the Russian Federation and is currently suspected of collaborating.
In addition, according to experts, at one time he organized the burning of his house in order to get the opportunity to build a new one in its place, with a larger area, in order to legalize in this way illegally obtained income from influence, in particular, on the judicial system.
