VLK without queues: how "Rezerv+" will change the process of passing a medical examination

The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Kateryna Chernogorenko, reported that by the end of February 2025, the function of receiving electronic referrals for passing the Military Medical Commission (MMC) will become available in the "Reserve+" application. This innovation will greatly simplify the process, allowing conscripts to receive referrals without the need to visit territorial recruitment centers (TCC).

The VLK procedure will be divided into two stages: a medical examination, which can be carried out in any civilian institution of the conscript's choice, and an administrative part, which will be carried out through the system of the Ministry of Defense. This approach will make the process of medical examination decentralized, autonomous and more convenient for the military.

This innovation will not only increase the convenience and efficiency of medical examinations, but will also significantly reduce corruption risks, because doctors in civilian institutions will be able to conduct examinations without direct contact with state structures.

The Ministry of Defense is also working on the possibility of adding a subpoena tracking function to the "Reserve+" application to increase the transparency of the process.
