In Ukraine, general mobilization in the conditions of martial law continues, and men of conscript age who have received the summons must undergo a mandatory military medical commission (VLK). As the algorithm of this process changed, the senior sergeant of the medical service of the Rivne regional shopping center and JV Taras Gusaruk reported.
According to the new rules, servicemen should receive departure to the VLK, which can be obtained through the electronic portal "Reserve+" or even in the Tax Code and the SP. After that, within 15 days it is necessary to pass a commission, which is a medical stage to determine the suitability for service.
Supporting VLK can lead to legal consequences. Taras Gusaruk emphasized that administrative penalties for disruption of accounting could be imposed for deferral. Therefore, it is important to comply with the deadline and to pass the medical commission in time.
The final step is to obtain a conclusion of the VLK, which can be obtained electronically or on paper. This is an important step for further hostilities and avoiding misunderstandings.
