Volodymyr Dantes joined the DTEK team on Energy Day

Ukrainian singer Volodymyr Dantes decided to celebrate Energy Day in a special way. The artist temporarily changed the scene to field conditions and joined the repair crew of DTEK power engineers in order to better understand their daily work and express gratitude for their contribution to the stability of the energy system of Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of DTEK.

"Together with the team, he plunged into reality, where every day is a struggle for light," the message reads.

The video showed Dantes working with the team.

He also thanked the energy workers for their hard work and congratulated them on their professional holiday.

DTEK will temporarily provide only minimal information about the state of the power system due to security considerations.

Zelensky reported on the request for 19 anti-aircraft defense systems to protect distribution substations of nuclear generation. Several systems have already been confirmed from Canada and Germany, with further deliveries expected.
