Volodymyr Zelenskyy once again rejected the possibility of a ceasefire with Russia

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky categorically rejected the possibility of a ceasefire in the war with Russia, noting that such a move would only benefit Moscow. According to the leader, any attempt to stop Ukraine's hostilities without achieving strategic goals will be a trap that will only strengthen the position.

"The ceasefire is an excellent model for the Russian Federation," the Ukrainian president said at a press conference.

He added that "a ceasefire without security guarantees will mean the full occupation of Ukraine."

He also said that he believes in Trump's desire to quickly end the war, but this does not mean that it will happen. We haven't talked about it (on the topic of ending the war with Trump - Ed.) yet. More time is needed."
