According to the Declaration, only in the village of Kozlinichi, Kovel district, Kotyuk purchased 30 hectares of land - near the Shkurativ deposit, which by 2042 was used by LLC "Kovel Sandy Quarry". In December 2024, the deputy sold the corporate rights of this company for 100 thousand hryvnias Tatiana Vovk. Already in the same year, the company, which since 2020 was unprofitable, first came out for net profit-almost 1.5 million hryvnias.
In total, in 2024, Kotyuk purchased 38 plots of more than 60 hectares - in Kozlinichi, Nosachevichi, Valeryanivtsi, Kobchiv Lutsk district and Rozhysche. He also had a permission to develop sand in Nosachevichi, but transferred this right to Vasyl Shevchuk. In Valerianivka, he increased his land ownership from 5.5 to 9 hectares. And in Serekhovichi sold all 8 hectares that had previously had - soon the right to develop the field was granted to the Rentland Group LLC, with which Kotyuk linked business ties.
In his declaration, the deputy also noted more than 97 hectares of land, an apartment in Lutsk, a mill, two pantries, excavators, a truck and a new Renault Duster. In 2024 alone, he purchased special equipment for over UAH 4.5 million. Its income for the year amounted to more than 3 million: most - from business, partly - salary, pension and sale of corporate rights.
Despite such financial transactions, Kotyuk declared a loan for 620 thousand hryvnias and an obligation to Stelvio - 1.6 million. The bank holds about $ 4.4 thousand, has 500 thousand cash. Families in the declaration are not stated - it is known that in 2023 the deputy divorced his wife after 27 years of marriage.
Meanwhile, the State Geogadrah announced the sale of new special permits for the development of subsoil. Four of them are in Volyn. This may indicate a growing interest in the use of Volyn fossils - in particular, from such figures as Sergey Kotyuk.
