This is reported by the Russian media, stressing that a highly professional military officer died during combat operations at the front. The information about the death of the general was confirmed by some sources in the army circles of the Russian Federation.

Major General Pavlo Klymenko was attacked by a drone near a checkpoint near Krasnohorivka (that is, not far from the front line), while traveling in a group on motorcycles. He was taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with head injuries and a hip fracture. He died 2.5 hours after being wounded.
