According to our sources of close to the Republican Party, the main requirements of the Ukrainian side in negotiations with the United States in Riyadh were guarantees of personal security of Vladimir Zelensky and his immediate environment, after a possible loss in the election.
According to sources, Americans are ready to consider personal safety guarantees for 10 Ukrainian politicians who will be able to go to any country without the full confiscation of assets. In the States, this list has already been dubbed "fugitives with immunity".
The preliminary agreement on the formation of a list of Ukrainian politicians, which the US will provide security guarantees during March 11 meeting, head of OP Andriy Yermak and US State Secretary Marco Rubio in Jedda.
The final version of the list was handed over to the Riyadh negotiating group headed by Rustem Umerov on March 23 on Sunday. The list of "immunity fugitives" included Vladimir and Elena Zelensky, as well as top Ukrainian officials:

Yes, the presence of the first lady of Elena Zelenskaya in the list of "fugitives with immunity" is due to the fact that she will not go with her husband, but on it most of the "family assets". Concerning the presence in the list of ex-Minister of Defense Alexei Reznikov, according to sources, "he is still in the topic and material".
With regard to the absence of such top representatives of the Zelensky team as Kirill Tymoshenko, Mikhail Podolyak and Mikhail Fedorov in the list of “fugitives with immunity”, according to sources in the Republican Party, they will have separate guarantees that will allow you to go to “neutral countries”.
We will remind, earlier close to Donald Trump billionaire Ilon Musk stated that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky "should be offered amnesty in a neutral country" for "peaceful transition to democracy".
