Information about the events began to appear on social networks and on local Telegram channels, in particular on the Crimean wind, which is popular among Crimeans. Witnesses reported that the sounds of explosions were heard in the morning, and thick smoke was visible over some areas of the city.
"Smoke is rising over the naval school in Sevastopol's Strelsky Bay. The launch of anti-aircraft missiles and anti-aircraft fire can be heard," the Telegram channel noted.
The Telegram channel also showed a photo with smoke with the caption: "Sevastopol, territory of the Black Sea Military Academy named after Nakhimov after the explosions".
