Over the last six months, the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration has concluded defense contracts by almost 45 million hryvnias with individual entrepreneurs who have not had experience in the field of supply of goods for the troops. It is reported by NGL.Media with reference to public sources and registers.
Among the contractors - Kateryna Svintsytska, a kindergarten tutor in Fastov. Back in May 2023, she publicly complained about a low salary, and in September she became a FOP, after which she received the first defense order for UAH 3.4 million a month later. In general, in half a year, she signed the agreements for UAH 5.1 million.
An even larger case is Roman Sadovsky, also from Fastov, who previously worked in the New Post and on the railway. After registration by the entrepreneur, he concluded a contract of UAH 14.8 million, and the total amount of his orders amounted to UAH 18.8 million. Journalists point out that there are personal connections between Sadovsky and pig.
Alina Velika and Valery Bieleka - brother and sister, also included the list of suppliers. All four contractors are made of Fastov. The total amount of orders received by these persons is estimated at almost UAH 45 million.
Contracts were concluded without tenders and were not published on Prozorro. This made it impossible for open control by society, which calls into question the transparency and validity of decisions by the Zaporozhye OVA.
Journalists urge law enforcement officers to check the validity of such agreements and sources of deliveries within the state defense order.
