Last year, expenses for the travel of people's deputies abroad amounted to UAH 13.7 million from the budget of Ukraine

In 2023, 2.6 billion hryvnias of state funds were allocated to the operational work of the Verkhovna Rada, of which 13.7 million hryvnias were spent on organizing visits of Verkhovna Rada delegations abroad.

In total, 2,732.1 billion hryvnias were provided in the budget to support the activities of the parliament and individual people's deputies, and 2,592.7 billion hryvnias were spent. Of these, 13.7 million hryvnias were spent on foreign trips of people's deputies, and 109.4 million hryvnias were returned to the state budget of Ukraine.

In 2024, 2,947.1 billion hryvnias were allocated in the state budget to finance the work of the Council.

Please note that with the introduction of martial law, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine works in the mode of maximum saving of state funds.
