Kyiv: snow, rain and coolness
On November 29, Kyiv will welcome residents with sub-zero temperatures at night (-1°…0°), which will hardly change during the day and will be 0°…+1°. The sky will remain overcast throughout the day. Rain is expected, which in places will turn into sleet. Atmospheric pressure will increase from 753 to 758 mm Hg, and a southeast wind with a speed of 5–10 m/s will make the day even cooler.

- Western Ukraine
Relatively warm weather will remain in the western regions. In Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, the daytime temperature will reach +8°, but rain is possible in places. In Khmelnytskyi, Rivne and Chernivtsi, wet snow and rain are expected, and the daytime temperature will be within +2°…+5°. - Central Ukraine
Cherkasy, Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr will see a day with wet snow and temperatures from -1° to +2°. Poltava and Kropyvnytskyi will be a little drier, with variable cloudiness and daytime temperatures around 0°…+1°. - Southern Ukraine
In the southern regions, the weather will be milder: in Odessa and Simferopol, the daytime temperature will reach +8°, and in Mykolaiv and Kherson - up to +4°. Slight cloudiness and lack of precipitation will make this day more comfortable for residents of the south. - Northern Ukraine
Northern regions will retain a winter atmosphere. In Chernihiv and Sumy, snow and sub-zero temperatures are expected at night (-2°), which will rise to 0°…+1° during the day. - Eastern Ukraine
It is cool and cloudy in the east of the country. In Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk, the temperature will be -2° at night and up to +1° during the day. In Kharkiv, the forecast is similar with variable cloudiness. - Dnipro and Zaporizhia
Central cities in the southeast, such as Dnipro and Zaporizhia, will be marked by cloudy weather, with temperatures around -2° at night and +1° during the day.
