Warm spring weather is continuing in Ukraine, but the situation will change in the coming days. Today, the air temperature in most regions will rise to +12…+16 degrees, only in the east and southeast it will be slightly cooler.
However, as forecasters warn, such comfortable weather will not last long. According to well-known forecaster Natalka Didenko, a cold snap is expected in Ukraine by the end of March.
“ The nearest cooling is expected in late March - early April ,” she noted.
A similar forecast is also made by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center. Forecaster Ivan Semilyt reported that precipitation is forecast in Ukraine from March 29 to April 2. In some regions, rain may turn into wet snow.
In particular, on April 1-2, precipitation with wet snow is possible in the western regions, and in places in the northern and central regions.
Temperatures will also begin to gradually decrease. On the night of March 29, +2…+9 degrees are expected, and during the day — up to +13…+19. However, a noticeable cooling will begin on March 30, which will first affect the western regions, and then spread to most of the country.
At night, the temperature can drop to -2 degrees, while during the day it will fluctuate within +5…+12, which is significantly lower than current indicators.
Forecasters emphasize that such changes are typical for the spring period. These are not anomalous phenomena, but a natural decrease in temperature after a period of warming.
