Despite the winter period, abnormally warm weather is expected in Ukraine on January 31, 2025. The air temperature during the day will be +7…+12°C , and in the south of the country it may rise to +15°C precipitation and fog are forecast in some regions , which may affect the travel time.

Moderate, sometimes heavy rains are expected in the western and northern regions. In the remaining regions, precipitation will be insignificant or absent altogether. However, in the central, eastern and southern regions, except for the far west and Crimea, fog is possible in places at night and in the morning.
The temperature regime on this day will be comfortable: at night the indicators will fluctuate from +1°C to +6°C, and during the day the air will warm up to +7…+12°C. In the south of the country it will be even warmer – up to +15°C is expected during the day. In the western and northern regions it will be cooler during the day: the temperature will reach only +2…+7°C.
The wind will be predominantly southeast, but in the western regions it will change to southwest. Its speed will be 3-8 m/s, which will make the weather quite comfortable for being outside.
According to weather forecasters, light rain is possible in places in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions during the day. No precipitation is expected in the rest of the territory.
