Weather for February 6: light snow only in Crimea and in the west

On Thursday, February 6, the weather forecast in Ukraine will gradually begin to change. Precipitation will almost stop, only in some places in the west of the country and in Crimea, light snow is possible. Despite the gloom, sunny clearings are expected in many regions of the country.

Temperatures will remain mostly at the level of slight frosts at night and around 0°C during the day.

Weather forecast by region

  • Kyiv : cloudy with clearings, -1° at night, +1° during the day.
  • Lviv : partly cloudy, possible snow, -3° at night, +1° during the day.
  • Uzhhorod : warmer than in other regions — -2° at night, +6° during the day, light cloudiness.
  • Ivano-Frankivsk : partly cloudy, -4° at night, +2° during the day.
  • Odessa : partly cloudy, -2° at night, +1° during the day.
  • Kharkiv : cloudy, -4° at night, -2° during the day.
  • Dnipro : cloudy, -3° at night, 0° during the day.
  • Simferopol : cloudy with light snow, -4° at night, -2° during the day.

In the west of the country (Lutsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi) there will be light cloudiness with temperatures down to -3° at night and around 0° during the day. In the center and south (Vinnytsia, Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Kherson) there will be cloudiness, and the temperature will range from -3° to +1°.

In eastern regions, such as Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk, cloudy weather is expected, with temperatures down to -5° at night and -1° during the day.

Although today will bring less precipitation, frosty weather remains the main companion of this winter. New changes in weather conditions are possible in the coming days, including an increase in temperatures in some regions.

Winter is gradually losing its strength, but it is worth being prepared for its possible surprises.
