In the west of the country, the weather will also be cloudy. In Lviv, -2° is expected at night, up to +2° during the day. In Lutsk, the temperature will fluctuate from 0° at night to +2° during the day. In Rivne, Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi, it will be about -1…-2° at night, up to +1…+2° during the day, wet snow is possible. In Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi, it will be cloudy, up to +2° during the day, precipitation in the form of wet snow. In Uzhhorod, it will be warmer: about 0° at night, up to +4° during the day.
In the central regions — Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Kropyvnytskyi — cloudy weather with wet snow will remain. The temperature at night will be about -1°, during the day up to +1°. In Zhytomyr, the temperature is expected to be up to -2° at night, during the day around 0°. In Poltava, the temperature may drop to -5° at night and rise to +1° during the day.
It will be colder in the north of the country. In Chernihiv and Sumy, the temperature will drop to -5° at night, and during the day the air will warm up to +1…+2°. Cloudiness and wet snow are expected. A similar situation is predicted in Kharkiv.
In southern Ukraine, the weather will be milder. In Odessa, the temperature will be around 0° at night, up to +5° during the day, wet snow is possible. In Mykolaiv, it will be around 0° at night, up to +4° during the day. In Kherson, 0° at night is expected, up to +2° during the day, without significant precipitation. In Zaporizhia, the temperature will fluctuate from 0° at night to +2° during the day.
In the east of the country, in particular in Dnipro, Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk, it will be cloudy. The temperature at night will be around 0°, during the day - up to +1...+2°. In Simferopol, cloudy weather is forecast with a temperature from 0° to +5°.
Overall, on December 23, gray winter weather with high humidity, wet snow, and small temperature fluctuations throughout the day will prevail in Ukraine.
