What to eat before bed to avoid gaining weight - nutritionist's advice

Many people deny themselves evening snacks for fear of gaining weight. However, a nutritionist shared tips on her Instagram on how to eat at night and not gain weight.

According to her, the best choice for a late meal would be low-fat dairy products. These include natural kefir, unsweetened yogurt, fermented baked milk, or sour milk.

"100 grams of such products contain approximately 50–70 kilocalories, so such a snack will not harm your figure," the nutritionist assures.

She emphasized that such products are easily digestible, support intestinal microflora, and provide the body with protein, which is necessary even in the evening. The main thing is to choose natural options without added sugar and flavorings.

Thus, for those who are afraid to eat before bed but do not want to go to bed hungry, fermented milk drinks and yogurts can be a safe and healthy alternative.
