The “Reserve+” application has become one of the main digital tools for accounting for conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service in Ukraine. Through it, you can update your data, check your military registration status, and even obtain a digital military registration document. However, many users have questions about the statuses in the application — and especially what to do if the system shows incorrect information.
What are the statuses in “Reserve+”?
Lawyer Roman Simutin explains: in “Reserve+” the following statuses may be displayed for the user:
-
Registered — a person is registered with the CCC and must appear if summoned. For conscripts under 25 years of age, this is the basic status. After 25 years, “Reserve+” automatically transfers to the status of a conscript, and then you must independently appear at the CCC to receive confirmation.
-
Deregistered - a person is deregistered in one CCC and must register in a new one at their actual place of residence within 7 days.
-
Excluded from the register is a status for those who have been declared unfit for service (by the conclusion of the Military Service Commission) or have reached the age limit. Such individuals are no longer considered liable for military service.
-
Not registered — the system does not find the person in any CCC. This may be due to the lack of a military ID, errors in the registry, or technical failures. You must contact the CCC to register.
-
Data is being updated - means that the person's data is in the "Oberig" registry, but it is not assigned to any CCC. You also need to come to the center to update the information.
-
Wanted is the most problematic status. It occurs if a conscript has not registered after the age of 25, has changed his place of residence and has not updated his data, or has not appeared for a summons. If a person with this status is stopped by the police, he may be detained and taken to the CCC.
What to do if the status in “Reserve+” is incorrect
The lawyer notes that the most common problem is the status “Wanted”, even if the person has already formed a military registration document. It often happens that the application does not reflect the result of the VLK, or the status is not updated in time. For example, “Temporarily unfit” may appear only a month after passing the commission.
There are also situations when an employer submitted a booking request through "Diya", but a booking mark did not appear in "Reserve+" - often this is due to the status "Not registered" or "Wanted".
How to fix the situation
-
If the status is incorrect, please come to the CCC in person to clarify.
-
If there is no decision on administrative liability within three months after the “Wanted” status appears, you can go to court with a request to cancel this status.
-
It is worth checking “Reserve+” regularly even after updating documents - the system may later automatically make changes.
Although “Reserve+” greatly simplifies interaction with military structures, technical or administrative failures often occur. Therefore, even when using digital services, it is worth noting a personal visit to the CCC - this will help avoid problems, in particular with the “wanted” status, which can lead to detention.
