On Thursday, June 5, warm air will cover most of Ukraine. During the day, the temperature will rise rapidly, although the night will remain moderately cool. This is reported by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.
Due to the influence of high atmospheric pressure, most regions of the country will remain dry. Only in the northwest, short-term rains with thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon. In other regions, light cloudiness without precipitation will prevail.
The wind will be southerly, and in the east - northerly. Speed - 5-10 m/s. In the Carpathian region, strong gusts of wind up to 15-20 m/s are possible.
At night, the thermometer will fluctuate within 11-16°C. During the day, the air will warm up to 23-28°C, and in the southwest - up to 31°C. In the Carpathians, it will be a little cooler: 9-14°C at night and 18-23°C during the day.
There is also no precipitation in the capital and Kyiv region. The wind is south, 5-10 m/s. The temperature in the region is 11-16° at night, 23-28° during the day. In Kyiv itself, 14-16° at night and 26-28° during the day are expected.
As forecaster Natalya Ptukha reported in a comment for RBC-Ukraine, the weather will change dynamically in the coming days due to the influence of atmospheric fronts.
“Yesterday, an atmospheric front passed and more moderate air came to Ukraine. Therefore, on June 4, the temperature in Kyiv reached 22-24 degrees,” she explained.
