The task of repeated medical examinations of military conscripts is to confirm the compliance of the state of health with the specified disability group. According to lawyer Dmytro Franchuk, after the start of the full-scale war, the number of applications for disability determination significantly increased, which required verification of the objectivity of these decisions.
The lawyer emphasizes that during repeated examinations, an individual approach is taken to each case. This allows for an accurate assessment of the patient's health and to determine whether it corresponds to the established disability group.
Franchuk also noted that if a conscript disagrees with the results of the re-examination, he has the right to appeal them in accordance with the procedure established by law. He advises that if a re-examination is necessary, the following steps should be followed:
- Contact the CCC and SP : Find out the exact date and time of the inspection to prepare in advance.
- Preparing medical documents : Collect all medical certificates and statements confirming your health condition.
- Attendance at the examination : At the appointed time, provide all necessary documents and be prepared for the examination.
If you disagree with the results of the review, contact a lawyer for advice on further action.
