When Ukrainians are put on the wanted list of the CCC and how to check your status

Mobilization is ongoing in Ukraine, and at the same time, the number of cases where men are put on the wanted list by territorial recruitment centers (TCK) is increasing. Often, people do not even know that their status has changed. Lawyer Gennady Kapralov explained in what situations this happens and how to act.

In what cases does the CCC put a wanted person on the wanted list?

According to the lawyer, there are only two grounds for putting a person on the wanted list:

  • failure to appear for a summons to undergo a military medical examination (MME) or to clarify military registration data;

  • untimely updating of own military data.

In such cases, the CCC compiles materials about the violations and transfers them to the police. The information then enters the "Oberig" database and the "ARMOR" system.

Why a person may not know that they are wanted

The lawyer cited several typical situations.

First, the system can issue a duplicate summons. For example, a man received a summons, appeared at the CCC, even passed the VLK and received a postponement or reservation. But if another summons was generated that he did not know about, then failure to appear is already considered a violation.

Secondly, problems arise due to an outdated address. If a summons is sent to an invalid place of residence and is returned, the person automatically becomes a violator of military registration.

Police powers

Information from the ARMOR database allows police officers to see a person's status. At the same time, law enforcement officers do not have the right to detain citizens solely for violating military registration rules or draw up administrative protocols.

They can only detain a person for other offenses. There are known cases when police officers sent evaders to the CCC, but such actions are appealed.

How to check if you are wanted by the CCC

Kapralov advises several steps:

  • install the “Reserve+” application and regularly update data;

  • submit a written application to the CCC requesting information on the status;

  • In case of technical errors, provide supporting documents - a certificate from the CCC or ASN, screenshots from "Reserve+" showing that the data has been updated.

" If a wanted mark appears in the application due to alleged failure to update data, although it is current, you need to officially contact the CCC to have the status corrected ," the lawyer concluded.
