Following the trends, politicians sitting on the Pechersk Hills, having redistributed the information field, after a series of wars and outright raider attacks, forced both quite public and anonymous bloggers to cooperate. Moreover, after the start of the active phase of the war, people subordinate to them from the power bloc did this for the benefit of politicians, almost officially.

But the game of being an anonymous extortionist from a very specific business has ended for one of these channels.
The anonymous administrator of the Telegram channel “Joker”, who is associated with the Office of the President, Yermak, Arakhamia, and Tymoshenko, was banned, and the anonymous administrator of the Telegram channel “Dark Knight” began a real hunt for him and his female battalion!
However, let's talk about everything in order.
Meet Roman Kravets
Journalists from Forbes were the first to de-anonymize “Joker” and the first to report that his main source of income is blackmail.
Unlike “Putin’s Joker” – Yevgeny Prigozhin, the Ukrainian “Joker” was born into the family of an odious politician from Dnipro, a raider from Kolomoisky’s FPG – Gennady Korban. Although Korban became his “godfather” in the big information game, his biological father is a completely different person – Kravets Oleksandr Mikhailovich, born in 1958, Russian. Originally from Russia, Magadan region, Susumansky district, village of Velikiy Khatynakh. Oleksandr Kravets, twice convicted. The first time for rape in 1984 (released early in 1990). The second time for extortion, in the early 2000s.
Kravets' career began in 2015. During the historic battle between Poroshenko and Kolomoisky in the 205th electoral district in Chernihiv, where two candidates fought in the by-elections to the parliament:

“Racketer” Gennady Korban from UKROP.
There was nothing wrong with these elections: “buckwheat-sown”, bribery, and fighting.
Roman Kravets fought on Korban's side, where he became famous for his information campaigns. A professional flatterer and conniving man, Kravets quickly became a close friend of Korban. But given his love for banknotes, Kravets did not stop at Korban.
By all accounts, Roma's great love and stepping stone to Olympus was the former chief tax officer of Dnipro, Oksana Tomchuk.
Naively, she believed Roma, who was trying to get her a lover. And, don't be a fool, he skillfully cheated her out of money in 2016-2019.
The domineering woman was both older and stronger than Roma, and even beat him from time to time. Which, by the way, the future “Joker” liked.
Probably, Roma would have continued to be a cheap pimp for a rich and influential official, but elections began in the country and Roma was “mobilized” again.
In 2019, Kravets became friends with the most influential person from Kolomoisky's camp, Andriy Bohdan, then simply a dear lawyer for influential people. At the same time, Roma began working part-time at “STRANA.UA” under the leadership of Svitlana Kryukova.
Bohdan was at his peak at the time. It was believed that he personally managed Volodymyr Zelensky and was responsible for selling seats on the lists of the Servant of the People party.
By selling the passing seats, Bohdan finished off the last vacant seats in the phone book. One of these spare “Servants” turned out to be Roman Kravts, whom he invited to the list at number 153. It is clear that Roma did not make it to the Verkhovna Rada. But this was calculated.
After Andriy Bohdan came to power, he quarreled with everyone. Gennady Korban and Svitlana Kryukova were no exception.
That's when it was decided to create the anonymous Telegram channel "Joker", and Kryukova and Korban's confidant, Roman Kravets, became its admin and assistant.
pranks were posted on the channel — they wrote to officials on behalf of other officials, and the correspondence was leaked to the network. This continued until 2021, while Kryukova and Korban controlled the channel.
But Kravets, having grown up, one fine day “raided” the channel, becoming its sole owner. Surprisingly, it was from that moment that the channel began to be called “the mouthpiece of the President’s Office,” or “Yermak’s mouthpiece.”.
On duty at the Office (and not only)
One of the first major sponsors of Roma “Joker” was a member of parliament from Medvedchuk’s party and a business partner of Russian oligarch Avdeev, Vadim Stolar .
Roma didn't work with him for long, because Vadik didn't become a friend of the Office, no matter how hard he tried.
Roma Kravets worked the longest for cigarette smuggler Hryhoriy Kozlovsky. Joker worked for Kozlovsky's businessman Artur Granets, owner of Forbes Ukraine magazine.
About a year ago, “Joker” worked for Mykola Tyshchenko, mediating his raider attacks on call centers.
Having received protection from his former partners in "Joker", Roma became famous for writing tough posts in defense of the President and Andriy Borisovych. And other "patriotic" pathetic posts justifying all the abuses of the Office and the branches of government under its control.

Civil society raises questions about fortifications in the Kharkiv region. And “Joker” responds :
”Yesterday, they were shouting all over the TG that there were no fortifications in Kharkiv. Today, it's quiet. The fortifications have appeared. Strange, isn't it? Friends, enough of destroying each other inside. We'll figure it out after the war.".
Journalists accuse Deputy Prosecutor General Verbytsky of corruption. "Joker" (for $50,000) publishes his acquittal.
Do Ukrainians consider signs of Tatarova and Yermak's manual control over some government bodies abnormal?
“Joker” says that the problem is with these Ukrainians:
“"We will be finished when Tatarov or Yermak are released. And the anti-corruption activists are demanding it. They are reaching the end of Ukraine"!
“Joker” also got into a scandal with the Hrynkevichs. After bargaining with Roman Oleksandrovych for a short time, he undertook to exonerate the corruptor’s son from the charges for $50,000.

Meanwhile, Dana Yarova from the Ministry of Defense states that Hrynkevich's company supplied quality products at the best prices and there are no grounds for terminating the contracts.
"I'm sorry, but what's going on?".
Having worked off the “half-price” from greedy Lviv residents, “Joker” immediately got into the racket of electronics stores: Comfy, Allo, Citrus.
After receiving the compensation, Roma immediately began to criticize Nikolov because he wrote bad things about his Office blogger Lachen.
Finished with the unpleasant bloggers, “Joker” immediately criticizes the management of the Uklon company, which is supposedly going abroad during a major war:
“"Listen, is Uklon a critical infrastructure? It turns out that the Uklon leadership calmly leaves Ukraine during the war.".
The Uklon company was particularly attacked by “Joker.” He mentioned the taxi service in his posts over 320 times.
Why? The company reported that “Joker” demanded $200,000 from them to stop the endless attacks, but they did not agree to these terms.
The rich life of a talented extortionist
In February 2024, the media reported that the Office of the President wanted to crush all bloggers. “Joker” and Petrov launched a series of attacks on them.
And then the NBU sent a list of 150 Ukrainian bloggers to banks for financial monitoring checks.

Because Kravets is such a Tyshchenko, who can do anything, but Kravets.
During the full-scale invasion, Kravets traveled abroad 5 times without any documents. In total, Roma was abroad for over 2 months.
He first left Ukraine on October 22, 2023, and returned a month later, on November 20. He crossed the border at the Krakivets checkpoint in a Mercedes-Benz S 550 registered to him. Kravets bought this car in early 2022 from the previous owner for approximately $50,000.

On April 22, 2024, he will again travel abroad in the car of a Lviv pensioner. He will return in a week in a rented Mercedes-Benz S-Klasse.
He leaves again on May 4, and returns 18 days later, suddenly, in a Nissan Rogue.
In June, “Joker” leaves again for a short time and returns two days later in a Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600. And this is the 6th car that Roman Kravets uses for foreign trips.
On May 18, 2024, Kravets traveled to Saudi Arabia for the fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

In 2024, Roman Kravets bought himself a Lexus LX 600 for $150,000, and in just the last 2 years, Joker has spent over 8 million hryvnias on buying cars alone.
The owner of the Telegram channel “Joker” lives in a 100 square meter apartment on the 8th floor of the elite residential complex “Chicago”, where the rent costs at least $2,000, and the price of the apartment is $700,000.
In this residential complex, by a strange coincidence, the former head of the private enterprise Andriy Bohdan and the founder of Saga Development, developer Andriy Vavrish, have apartments.
A source close to Roman Kravets claims that he is being guarded by SBU officers. The service itself has not confirmed this information.
Roma cohabitants and dependents

He was accused of unauthorized sales of weapons: cartridges, assault rifles, RPGs, missiles. All of the above left Ukraine at one price, and reached North Sudan (the Kremlin’s area of interest) at a completely different price thanks to Moscow’s mediation.
Then a huge batch of machine guns, cartridges, RPGs and rockets was supposed to reach South Sudan. While RPGs cost $2,500 in Africa, Cherednychenko sold them for $200 according to the documents. This deal could be worth $150 million!
“ Russian trace ” of corruption in Ukrinmash can be found by tracing the supply chains through the British “gateway” Fuerteventura Inter LP , through which Cherednichenko stole at least $2 million. So, its ultimate beneficiary is FSB officer Olena Kulbikova.
In general, Cherednychenko was detained. And Sabina, starting in 2018, declared everywhere: “My personal achievement is a divorce.”

Musina's second husband is infogypsy Andriy Trushkovsky. She bought him at a discount, but after 2 months of marriage he ran away from her.
